Are you passionate about driving quality improvements that directly impact vulnerable communities Join Baptcares Quality Practice & Performance team as our Quality Manager Community Services and lead transformational change across our diverse service portfolio.
About the Role
As Quality Manager youll champion quality excellence across Baptcares community services ensuring our programs meet the highest standards while remaining true to our mission of compassionate care. Youll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement robust quality frameworks conduct meaningful audits and develop innovative solutions that enhance client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement initiatives across community service programs
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
- Conduct comprehensive quality reviews and risk assessments
- Mentor staff in quality practices and continuous improvement methodologies
- Partner with leadership teams to embed quality culture throughout the organization
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
What Youll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field (Quality Management Health Sciences or similar)
- Proven experience in quality management within community services or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation processes
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
- Outstanding communication abilities and stakeholder engagement skills
- Genuine commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable community members
