Director, Business Transformation

About You

Youre a fit for the Director Business Transformation role if your background includes

• 5 years of experience in business transformation program delivery strategy execution or operational leadershipideally in SaaS or B2B enterprise environments

• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact

• Strong working knowledge of systems operations or technical architecture is a plusespecially experience navigating cross-functional dependencies between platforms data flows and enterprise tools

• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect high-level objectives to day-to-day execution

• Experience applying agile frameworks (e.g. scrum Kanban lean OKRs) to drive clarity speed and value delivery

• Outstanding facilitation and collaboration skills including the ability to align diverse stakeholders and navigate ambiguity

• Executive presence and strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Comfortable operating in a matrixed organization with evolving priorities and limited structure

• Familiarity with transformation technologies and platforms such as Salesforce Gainsight Gong or agile collaboration tools (e.g. Miro MS Planner Teams) is highly desired

• Background in customer experience GTM strategy organizational design or operational excellence is a plus

• MBA or other advanced degree is an asset

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations unless otherwise noted the base compensation range for this role is $135800 - $252200. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
