Job Description

Records Management Support


Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Records Management Support personnel member to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD). This position will assist in collecting reviewing assessing and disseminating congressional information correspondence and other documentation across cross-functional units

Location: Washington D.C.


Duties:

  • Assist in collecting reviewing assessing and disseminating congressional information correspondence and other documentation across cross-functional units.
  • Provide governance & support of records management information including sensitive compartmented information (SCI) special access programs (SAP) documentation and Alternative or Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) activities for the organization. This is daily activity.
  • Develop and implement processes/methods for cross-functional teams to maintain electronic and required paper archives of all existing and subsequent documentation.
  • Review and assess respective teams paper archives for permanency and historical value.
  • Organize paper or electronic files tracks them electronically to include information and document indexing scanning labeling bar coding and filing.
  • Provide monthly reports and brief senior leaders/directorates on state of the Records Management program.

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree is required

Clearance required:

  • Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance
