Job Description

Setup and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time

We seek a Customer Service Representative to manage day-to-day inbound inquiries and provide high-quality support by issuing quotes invoices and escalating issues to appropriate team members. This role involves supporting sales and marketing efforts as needed ensuring effective communication with customers through multiple channels. This role is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email chat or social media following company procedures
  • Issue quotes and generate invoices accurately and timely
  • Escalate complex or urgent issues to designated team members or supervisors
  • Provide support to sales and marketing teams by assisting with customer questions and order processing
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Monitor and resolve order payment and product-related issues utilizing Shopify or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best customer experience and timely resolution of issues
  • Uphold customer service quality standards and performance targets
  • Contribute to updating and improving support documentation and FAQs


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in customer service or related roles preferably with ecommerce and Shopify platforms
  • Proficiency in using Shopify CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration capabilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high data accuracy
