Seoulside Wings Kitchen in Houston TX is looking for Full Time Experienced Managerto join our 10 person strong team. We are located at the new Conservatory Galleria. Our ideal candidate has minimum 1 year experience
Responsibilities
Running an intensive shift with our 2-3 team on the weekend ensuring Fresh food & Food presentation Food safety & amazing Hospitality Service while pushing out Tickets.
Will be in charge of counting all KIV inventory before and after shifts. Using our KIV sheets ensure you have enough product for shift and communicate with General Manager with low inventory for next business day.
Oversee and complete whole breakdown of kitchen. Deep cleaning of kitchen cleaning fryers while ensuring good pace for end time of Shift.
- Regular basis go to our commissary and pick up products needed before shift start alongside having Debrief with Managers about Pars and being successful for shift.
Have A Food managers Certification with Servsafe City of Houston or willing to obtain . With this knowledge the perfect candidate will implement onto her/his shift.
- Will communicate with General Manager about opportunities for down time for labor & Prep. Always capitalizing while creating joyful environment for team.
