Your New Role!
The Transformation Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of major initiatives within the Chief Experience Office (CXO) transformation portfolio. The role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into actionable outcomes; and provides high-level program management cross-functional consultation and subject matter expertise while also contributing to policy implementation and capability development.
Your key responsibilities will include
Proven experience incorporating generative AI technologies into transformation programs to enhance insight generation solution design and strategic execution.
Leading the planning coordination and end-to-end delivery of significant CXO transformation initiatives.
Translate strategic objectives into scalable actionable delivery plans.
Consult across the CXO directorates and business units to ensure relevance alignment and adoption of transformation outcomes.
Mentor and guide Consultants and Analysts to develop internal capability and a high-performing team culture.
Facilitate governance risk management and interdependency tracking for major initiatives.
Support the head of Transformation in implementing tools and frameworks that support delivery excellence.
Engage across internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives with institution-wide implications.

This Fixed Term (12 Months) Full Time (37.5 hours per week) position attracts a remuneration of $129000 $135000 plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

What youll bring to the role:
Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
Significant experience leading large strategic programs or portfolios in complex environments preferably within the higher education sector.
Ability to consult and influence across a wide range of professional and academic stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the higher education sector including institutional structures policy environments and strategic planning processes.
Proven experience contributing to policy framework or system development at a portfolio or enterprise level.
High-level skills in program design strategic delivery facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
Strong mentoring and leadership capability with a track record of developing individuals and teams.
Ability to operate autonomously with sound judgment managing risks and driving results in complex institutional settings.
