Job Description:
DTN is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Director of Customer Transformation & Value Realization to design and lead large-scale customer transitions from point solutions to integrated outcome-based offerings. This highly visible role will report directly to the SVP of Customer Experience and work cross-functionally with General Managers Product Sales Marketing Value Advisors and Operations to define implement and scale a customer migration and value realization framework. Success in this role requires a strong orientation toward measurable outcomes operational excellence and customer value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Migration Strategy & Execution
Design and lead a scalable value-based migration and adoption framework
Define the service offerings to support successful customer transitions
Develop governance structures KPIs and value tracking models to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes
Establish leading and lagging product adoption indicators to evaluate success internally and externally.
Customer Value Realization
Align customer business goals to product capabilities and define clear and measurable value metrics
Build tools templates and repeatable frameworks to accelerate time-to-value
Ensure migration engagements are structured to deliver strategic ROI
Define enablement and support needs to ensure long-term customer success and expansion
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance product adoption deepen value realization and enable upsell potential
Service Delivery & Methodology
Define and refine service delivery models methodologies and governance structures for quality and scalability
Partner with implementation teams to define required skills across internal customer and partner roles (e.g. PMs consultants data engineers and business analyst)
Identify and structure offerings around data integration analytics and business insights
Incorporate change management offerings to guide customers through the behavioral operational and cultural shifts associated with solution migrations
Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with Product Marketing and GMs across sectors (Weather Agriculture Fuels) to define migration strategies and customer cohorts
Collaborate with Product Marketing on value messaging to support realization frameworks
Partner with Product leadership to refine in-product onboarding requirement adoption flows and required measures
Hire lead and develop a high-performing team of professional services professionals
Set clear goals and foster a culture of accountability growth and performance

Requirements
Proven experience creating and leading large-scale customer migration or transformation programs
Strong understanding of enterprise software environments and stakeholder alignment
Expertise in building governance models and value-based implementation frameworks
Experience with outcome-driven methodologies and adoption metrics
Ability to collaborate across product sales marketing and operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing value-based service frameworks (e.g. value advisory benchmarking transformation programs)
Familiarity with Professional Services tools and methodologies (e.g. PSA platforms analytics dashboards)
Strong understanding of enterprise customer dynamics and complex stakeholder ecosystems
Prior success in driving TTV acceleration product adoption and services profitability at scale
Energy Weather Transportation and/or Agriculture experience a plus

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $127500 and $170000. DTN is a pay for performance organization which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors including but not limited to: prior work experience training/education transferable skills business needs internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
