At Factorial were looking for a Manager of Account Management for the UK and RoW markets to lead and empower our team members within the Customer Experience organization driving overall success and growth across these regions.

In this role you will report directly to the Director of Account Management Europe & RoW and lead a team of Account Managers driving alignment across functions and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer satisfaction retention and revenue growth throughout all customer want a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset who is passionate about using data to guide decisions and influence the business direction while fostering a culture of leadership innovation and high performance. - Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement well-being collaboration and excellence.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across teams leveraging data insights to identify trends forecast challenges and drive proactive impactful strategies at the operational and strategic levels.
- Collaborate closely with Area Managers Talent Product and Sales teams to design implement and refine recruitment retention upselling and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Own the development and execution of innovative data-driven strategies to maximize customer retention activation and revenue growth ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Act as a key decision-maker using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize initiatives and resource allocation across teams.
- Promote leadership development within your direct reports (Team Lead and Account Managers) providing coaching constructive feedback and career growth opportunities.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate customer feedback and market intelligence into product and service improvements.
Your Profile
- Native English speaker and Spanish would be a Plus were international and collaborative.
- Proven experience managing multiple team leaders or managers in a customer-centric SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data generate insights and make strategic decisions.
- Solid experience in customer experience sales retention and upselling ideally within high-growth tech companies.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and continuous process improvement.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills capable of inspiring and influencing multiple layers of teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment with a culture of ownership and change.
