What Youll Do:

• The Client Services Account Manager Team Leader is responsible for creating meaningful relationships with clients ensuring the relationship is well nurtured and resolving any issues that may arise. The Account Manager will be responsible for reviewing contract profitability and applying uplifts where needed to ensure the contract remains sustainable reporting on trends where necessary. They are also responsible for the management of staff within their delegated team monitoring performance to ensure the smooth operations and high performance of the Client Services department.
