Job Description
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Support
Location: Plattsburgh NY (100% onsite)
Job Description:
- The Manufacturing Engineering Support role provides essential on-shift technical support to ensure uninterrupted production operations and compliance with manufacturing and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support assembly teams in real-time.
- Ensure adherence to work instructions process documentation and configuration controls.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Quality EHS and Engineering support teams for resolution of production issues.
- Participate in performance reviews audits and daily operational meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing or production support role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing 5S and APSYS standards.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and reporting tools.
