Job Description

  • 84 months of experience in managing multiple complex IT projects where regular interactions with Executive level stakeholders were required.

  • 84 months of experience in managing an IT project with a minimum of eight project team members.

  • 60 months of experience in developing and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project.

  • 60 months of experience in managing projects using a Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) based project management methodology containing well-defined and documented processes templates and guidelines for all project phases.

  • 48 months of experience in managing software implementation projects or in-house application development (SDLC) projects.

  • 36 months of experience in managing complex projects for New York State agencies.

  • Bachelors degree

Detailed Job Description: New York State of Health (NYSoH) is New Yorks official health plan marketplace established by Executive Order No. 42. The temporary personnel services requested are needed to support the on-going operational activities for information technology systems consistent with enrollment goals and federal and state law and rules. The Project Manager will work closely with NYSoH program staff vendors and other stakeholders to define requirements for the NYSoH and oversee change requests from start to completion.
