Urgent Requirement :
Job Title : IT Tester
Location : Remote
Duration: 4 years Contract
Client: State of LA/Department of Public Safety & Corrections (DPS)
Job Description:
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Test IT systems and processes; build defined test scripts for completion.
- Run test scripts or scenarios to validate software.
- Test all aspects of application components for compliance with the provided specifications.
- Run load tests to isolate performance issues.
- Provide technical/non-technical knowledge transfer of testing processes.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- 3 years experience in document management or information governance.
- 1 years experience using testing tools and software for managing test cases and tracking defects.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) functional testing and system testing.
- Experience in developing test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Experience working in Kofax.
- Familiarity with document workflows.
- Experience with IBM FileNet.
- Applicant should have a general understanding and experience with the following components or similar technologies: Case Foundation Content Manager and Enterprise Records Foundation.
