At Each we provide accessible and affordable dental care at our Ferntree Gully and Ringwood clinics offering services such as emergency dental care general check-ups treatments and denture services. We support adults with a health care or pensioner concession card children under 18 (including those not eligible for Smile Squad) and offer private care every Friday for those without a concession card. Our team delivers face-to-face care in a welcoming environment focused on personalised support and respectful high-quality service.
Your role your impact
As a New Graduate Oral Health Therapist you will:
Deliver safe ethical and high-quality dental services including diagnosis and client-centred treatment planning
Provide oral health education and promote preventative dental care to clients and carers
Participate in outreach programs such as Smile Squad and Smiles 4 Miles bringing dental care to schools and vulnerable communities
Accurately record clinical data using Titanium and maintain client records in accordance with AHPRA and DHSV guidelines
Refer clients to specialist services as required and ensure documentation meets audit standards
Collaborate with a passionate values-driven oral health team and contribute to clinical peer review and team meetings
Engage in regular professional development as you begin your oral health career

Who were looking for
We welcome applications from new graduates who are:
Qualified as an Oral Health Therapist with current AHPRA registration
Hold a Radiation Licence CPR certification and up-to-date immunisation status
Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal and time management skills
Self-reflective emotionally intelligent and open to ongoing learning and feedback
IT confident especially with clinical systems and electronic records
Hold a current drivers licence and are keen to participate in community outreach

Experience in public dental settings is valued but not essential we will support your learning.
