You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues respond to alerts and implement solutions that enhance our network operations. Main Responsibilities:
Monitor & Troubleshoot
Process and consult monitoring system alarms with adherence to process/KPIs/SLAs
Support resolution of user or system generated incident tickets collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve various issues
Investigate alerts (SNMP Syslog NetFlow) classify impact and execute Tier-1/2 remediation playbooks within SLA.
Incident & Problem Management
Own and support P1/P2 bridges coordinate with global teams and drive issues to RCA using ITIL best practices.
Log detailed tickets craft post-mortems and recommend permanent fixes or automation.
Work with Service Providers ensuring they meet their contractual commitments and work with them on Continuous Improvement
Change & Configuration
Review and implement scheduled changes (IOS XE ArubaOS AOS-CX).
Implement user requests for configuration changes in relation to ACLs/FWs/PBRs
Preparation of necessary activities and creation of change requests presenting activities in various Change Advisory Boards when required
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
Maintain comprehensive records of issues resolutions processes and best practices.
Mentor peers across time-zones and champion best-practice security
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Strong basic network knowledge (CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge level)
Experience in LAN/WLAN/WAN/MAN technologies in Cisco and Aruba vendor space
Hands-on troubleshooting experience in networking
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users (at least English B2)
Need to be a good team player and able to collaborate at all levels
Ability to identify problems take ownership and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision
Experience of Working to ITIL/Agile Standards/Framework.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Cisco SDA technology (SD-WAN ACI)
Experience in monitoring tools like Zabbix and Grafana
Relevant certifications Cisco and Aruba
