- Assists with the recruitment process by conducting resume screening reference check scheduling and conducts initial interview
- Assists orientation and update records of new hires (201 files)
- Assists in managing employee databases and prepare reports
- Assists in processing employee request and providing employee relations
- Assists in other employee relations and discipline task
- Assists in processing other related payroll and benefit task.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program in Human Resources Development Management Psychology or any related courses
- Able to commit at least 500 hours (full-time internship - Monday to Friday)
- Good communication skills with excellent analytical problem-solving skills
- Proactive individual with the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work Onsite
