Key responsibilities:

Take on the overall Lead of application management Migration stream within the program i.e. coordinating all the required deliveries to ensure full applications readiness for the migration to DC22.

  • Responsible for defining the benefits and the future operating state for all applications assessing the progress towards realising the benefits and achieving measurable improvements.
  • Contribute to Controls and Governance. Ensures stable business and operations during transition.
  • Remain jointly responsible for Benefits with the divisions BCMs even after Program Closing during whole Benefits Realisation follow-up.
  • Manage the Application Factory in collaboration with Microsoft/Kyndryl including defining the scope of required changes for different application groups and ensure progress is on track.
  • Support the transversal test lead in organising and optimising efforts related to the testing and migration process of applications including the approach to migration.
  • Liaise with GDC and GBS applications migration leads
  • Provide a holistic view of dependencies related to application movements across various initiatives (other flagship projects such as IDAM Business Resilience XMod cloud migrations resulting from the partnership with Microsoft LCM etc.).
  • Manage the programe in collaboration with other leading roles (program manager for the overall view senior responsible owner for the more infrastructure view) and potentially take on a more leading role (such as co-senior responsible owner).
  • Focus on change management within the program particularly on the application side.
  • Establish and implement changes in the operating model in the application area resulting from the transition to the 22 model including regional swaps processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT transformation programs (preferably on application side).
  • Strong applicative technical background: ranging from mainframe and core systems to cloud technology.
  • Understanding of Data Center Technological evolution principles including the solution architecture
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and see the big picture meaning he/she needs to understand the end-to-end solution of the program including the different technologies used and their interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas vision and strategy to teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Broad network of internal stakeholders is critical for the successful and efficient delivery of this program.
  • Ability to voice opinion and to influence stakeholders for execution.
  • Proficiency in leading organizational change and adoption.
  • Lead in an authentic manner role modelling cultural behaviors and holding self and others accountable.
  • Encourage collaboration across teams and departments to achieve common objectives and strategically network for the organizations benefit.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement putting the customer at the center.
  • Strong decision-making skills based on data analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to address conflicts and disputes effectively and professionally.
