We are seeking a highly skilled Lead BI & Enterprise Data Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership in designing and implementing the foundational data architecture for our Marketing Power BI Platform. This role is critical to ensuring a scalable secure and high-performance analytics environment by focusing on the core data structures and architecture before report development and ETL pipelines are scaled.
Architect and implement a robust star schema and dimensional model tailored for marketing analytics and business performance tracking.
Define and implement a comprehensive security model aligned with organizational policies and user roles across the Power BI platform.
Lead the design and validation of enterprise-wide data architecture ensuring alignment with long-term data strategy and marketing intelligence needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing IT and Analytics stakeholders to define data requirements standards and governance protocols.
Proactively identify architectural risks and opportunities advocating for scalable maintainable solutions.
Serve as the technical authority on data modeling integration and best practices in enterprise BI.
Ensure alignment with business goals user experience expectations and data accuracy in all architectural decisions.

Education
Proven experience in enterprise data architecture and BI leadership, ideally in a marketing or customer analytics context. Strong command of Power BI and enterprise reporting environments. Expertise in dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas), metadata management, and security architecture.
