Job Description
As a ServiceNow Lead Developer you will:
- Lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM ITOM HRSD and others as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Guide and mentor junior developers ensuring coding standards best practices and solution quality are maintained.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST SOAP and other supported protocols.
- Oversee the ServiceNow development lifecycle from requirements through design testing and deployment.
- Manage incident resolution and perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability and performance.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8 10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in hands-on ServiceNow development.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development including scripting (Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies etc.) Flow Designer and custom applications.
- Experience leading ServiceNow projects or acting in a lead/architect role.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM CMDB and HRSD.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies and ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
You should possess the ability to:
- Architect and deliver scalable enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
- Independently lead technical discussions and propose optimal solutions.
- Effectively mentor and support development teams.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
