About This Opportunity
The Site Leader is responsible for the strategic operational and cultural leadership of Kaseyas Krakw products and technology site home to 400 technical professionals. This leader will be instrumental in positioning Kaseya as an employer of choice in the region aligning local execution with global objectives and fostering a high-performance values-driven culture.
What Youll Own
Strategic Site Leadership
- Champion Kaseyas position as a top-tier employer in Krakws highly competitive technology landscape.
- Establish and manage operating rhythms that drive organizational alignment accelerate execution and enhance team productivity.
- Integrate local workplace culture with Kaseyas global values and operating principles ensuring consistency across geographies.
HR Organizational Effectiveness and Engagement
- Structure teams and reporting relationships across Kaseya to enable speed agility and innovation while maintaining strong alignment with global engineering and business functions.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition teams to build and promote a compelling employer brand; ensure talent strategies and staffing plans meet evolving product development needs.
- Partner with global total rewards teams to implement market-relevant locally competitive compensation and benefits programs ensuring alignment with global equity standards.
- Design and implement targeted engagement and retention strategies to foster a thriving culture increase employee engagement and minimize attrition.
Operational Leadership
- Act as the primary interface between Krakw site operations and global headquarters ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable Polish labor laws EU regulations and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with global Facilities IT Security and Finance teams to ensure flawless execution of all site-related initiatives infrastructure investments and operational priorities.
What You Bring
8 years progressive leadership experience with 5 years in senior HR roles supporting technology organizations
Strong background in software development environments with understanding of engineering roles and career progression
Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across matrix organizations
Fluent in English and Polish (Belarusian or Ukrainian a plus)
Deep understanding of Polish employment law and European HR practices
Comfort managing various system and budgets
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous fast-paced environment
Cultural sensitivity with experience bridging American corporate culture with European work styles
