About This Opportunity
The Site Leader is responsible for the strategic operational and cultural leadership of Kaseyas Krakw products and technology site home to 400 technical professionals. This leader will be instrumental in positioning Kaseya as an employer of choice in the region aligning local execution with global objectives and fostering a high-performance values-driven culture.

What You Bring
8 years progressive leadership experience with 5 years in senior HR roles supporting technology organizations
Strong background in software development environments with understanding of engineering roles and career progression
Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across matrix organizations
Fluent in English and Polish (Belarusian or Ukrainian a plus)
Deep understanding of Polish employment law and European HR practices
Comfort managing various system and budgets
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous fast-paced environment
Cultural sensitivity with experience bridging American corporate culture with European work styles
