Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain and update HR policies procedures and employee handbooks.

  • Handle employee relations address grievances and manage conflict resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.

  • Organize coordinate and implement employee training and engagement initiatives.

  • Process payroll manage employee benefits and maintain accurate HR records.

  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

  • Support performance management processes including appraisals and improvement plans.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support overall business objectives

Skills Needed

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices employment laws and compliance requirements.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability in recruitment interviewing and talent management.

  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Empathy discretion and a positive attitude.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant HR experienc
