Job Summary

Our client is seeking a results-driven HR Officer (Performance Analyst) to join their team in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee performance analyzing productivity data and supporting the implementation of performance management systems that drive continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of the companys performance management framework.
  • Collect analyze and interpret employee performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work with department heads to set performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes ensuring consistency and fairness across all departments.
  • Track individual and departmental goals to align with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Support training and development initiatives based on performance data insights.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies performance standards and labor regulations.
  • Contribute to HR projects related to employee engagement rewards and retention.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration Industrial Relations or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in HR performance management data analysis or related HR roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel HR software and data reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of HR metrics KPIs and performance management processes.
  • High attention to detail integrity and confidentiality.
