Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. MBA in HR or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive HR experience ideally in manufacturing or foundry environments.
In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws industrial relations and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in talent management employee engagement and performance management.

Strong leadership communication conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
