- Colectarea de informaii privind fiecare element tehnic;actualizare calendar i target
- Monitorizarea actualizrilor tehnice i a termenelor limit n coordonare cu (Innovation Project Manager
- Participarea la organizarea reviziilor de proiect
- Actualizare Instrumente de gestionare PMO (coninut tehnic termene indicatori tabele baze de date etc)
- Actualizarea calendarului pentru diferite etape ale proiectului i planning
- Sumarizarea si prezentarea in Power Point a indicatorilor in fiecare etapa a proiectului
What you bring along:
- Experienta minima 1 an
- Abiliti excelente de comunicare att n scris ct i verbal
- Capacitatea de a organiza si anima sedinte
- Cunostinte Microsoft Office: cunostinte utilizare Excel medii (cautari pivoiti functii mai avansate)
- Limba englez nivel avansat
- Limba francez constituie un plus
- Capacitate de analiz i sintez
- Bune abiliti organizatorice
