Job Summary

Customer Service Representative (French Speaker)

Location: Remote (based in mainland Portugal)
Start date: September 25th 2025
Language: Native or fluent French required

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our international this role you will handle customer inquiries provide accurate information and deliver high-quality assistance with a strong customer focus.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Sunday 08:00 19:00 (rotating shifts)
Possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement (has not occurred since launch)
2 rotating days off per week

Profile Requirements:

Native or fluent level of French (written and spoken)
Good command of English (minimum B1 recommended)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
Flexibility to work rotating schedules
Based in mainland Portugal (remote role)

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: 1000 euros (x14 months)
Daily meal allowance of 7.63 euros
Performance bonus: up to 50 euros (x12 months)
Estimated total monthly compensation: 1222 euros
- This includes the monthly portion of the 14-month salary the performance bonus and the daily meal allowance (calculated for 22 working days per month).
Relocation package (for candidates moving from abroad):
- Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (280 euros/month all utilities included deducted directly from payslip)
- Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400 euros economy class) after 6 months of contract
