As an Analytics Lead within our Claims & Product Performance & Insights (CaPPI) team youll transform complex data into meaningful decision-ready insights. Youll work with stakeholders to understand business needs deliver tailored analytics solutions and drive uplift in self-service capability and analytics maturity.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who knows how to balance deep technical knowledge with business context. Youll contribute to shaping how data informs operations efficiency and customer experience.
What Youll Do
- Design and deliver business-aligned analytics and BI solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities pain points and solution requirements
- Optimise reporting to reduce delivery time and rework
- Support uplift in data governance solution scalability and self-service capability
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to a range of business users
What Youll Bring
- 5 years experience in analytics BI or data roles within insurance banking or similar industries
- Expertise in Tableau SQL and enterprise BI tools (e.g. Cognos AWS)
- Strong business partnering skills with experience translating data into action
- Solid understanding of claims operations product performance and financial metrics
- A Bachelors degree in Business Finance IT or similar (Tableau certification desirable)
