As a Lead Generation Executive you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential clients contributing to the expansion of our customer base. Your efforts will directly impact our sales pipeline and overall business growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and for prospecting.
- Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls emails and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with campaigns.
- Analyze lead generation metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or a similar sales role preferably in the IT sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or SendGrid.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of the IT consulting and services landscape.
