Overview
The Senior Provider Recruiter is responsible to bring top talent into strategic hard to find areas of the hospital. A Senior Provider Recruiter will serve as a consultant to the hiring managers in their assigned areas around attracting and selecting the best talent possible for their positions. Responsibilities include: developing sourcing plans direct and indirect candidate sourcing including cold calls and direct sourcing and screening candidates for positions. Requires in depth knowledge and experience. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. The recruiter also coordinates background reviews references licensure and any other verification activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Related field or related healthcare background and 5-7 years experience Experience required in an executive search firm or physician recruitment search function for at least 3 years. A primary part of that job should be cold calling or direct sourcing. or
- Associates Degree and 7 or more years experience prior work experience in the same job may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- CPRP or CMSR Preferred

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $34.21/hr but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home
This is an intermittent remote position which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Childrens Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
