DescriptionAs a Conversion Specialist at Caesars Digital you will play a critical role in optimizing the customer onboarding journey across our Sportsbook and Online Casino platforms. Reporting to the Director of Conversion you will help shape and execute data-driven strategies to improve landing pages registration funnels and key user flows. This role requires a strong analytical and curious mindset attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement through A/B testing and App Store Optimization (ASO). Youll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Product and Tech to drive measurable impact on customer acquisition and conversion rates.
This role is a hybrid role where employees must be on-site 2-3 days per week. Candidates also must be willing to travel on-site to complete onboarding orientation as dictated by the hiring team.

What Youll Do
- Support the design execution and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion metrics.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of onboarding flows registration funnels and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword and traffic research to uncover ranking opportunities and identify content or funnel gaps in the user journey
- Help identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute App Store Optimization strategies.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 Mixpanel FullStory Tableau PowerBI Adobe Analytics) to extract insights and develop performance dashboards.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation of testing frameworks and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and iteration of test-and-learn frameworks for conversion optimization.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements across digital journeys.
- Own and maintain clear documentation of optimization tests user journey updates and technical requests such as Jira & Confluence
- Investigate performance fluctuations user behavior shifts or funnel drop-offs by analyzing cohorts and trends across multiple data sources
- Transform complex data into actionable insights providing clear narratives to the stakeholders
What Youll Need
- 2 years of experience in digital conversion optimization growth marketing product analytics or a related field.
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and experimentation methodologies.
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research tools such as Google Search Console SEMRush Ahrefs and others
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Experience with tools such as Tableau Power BI Mixpanel FullStory Adobe Target GA4 and other web/app analytics platforms.
- A data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for solving problems with evidence.
- Ability to clearly present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional and highly regulated environment.
- Highly analytical and inquisitive mindset - you are naturally inclined to dig into anomalies identify root causes and communicate findings clearly
The salary range for this position is $43888 - $73098 USD which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience geography business needs and market demand.
