Job Description

Job Description:

The Manager of Account Management plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of account management strategies within the team. Manages client relationships drives revenue growth and oversees accounts by working closely with Account Managers Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and ensure service excellence and act as the primary point of contact. Assist in the development and execution of strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for assigned accounts. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client engagement and profitability. Track account performance metrics and prepare reports on key performance indicators for management review. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement implementing necessary changes to enhance client satisfaction.

Telecommuting permitted within the continental U.S. Reports to headquarters in Denver CO.


Job Requirements:

Requires a Masters OR Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Engineering Management or related; and post-Bachelors progressively responsible related experience (3 years with Masters degree OR 5 years with Bachelors degree). Must have some experience in each of the following skills: Conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research including surveys focus groups and in-depth interviews with experience managing complex research projects; Design surveys on platforms like Qualtrics and Decipher applying sampling techniques and question formulation and manage fielding and data analysis on third-party platforms like IncQuery and Intellisurvey; Market segmentation methods including cluster analysis and latent class analysis to identify and target market segments effectively; Develop models to forecast consumer behavior and market trends using regression analysis and machine learning algorithms for account planning and growth projections; R SAS and SPSS for data analysis and interpretation; Conduct preference measurement studies such as MaxDiff and conjoint analysis to understand customer decision-making processes; Excel features like pivot tables VLOOKUP and macros alongside data visualization tools like PowerBI/Tableau and similar to analyze and present insights related to consumer behavior trends market segmentation purchase intent brand perception competitive benchmarking and reporting internal metrics/KPIs.


Offered Salary: $116000.00 - $174000.00 per year.
