Salary:Up to 31k (dependent on candidate alignment to role requirements)

Reports To:Head of Business Operations

Role Summary

UK Connect is seeking a highly organised and personable PA & Administrator with a proven track record of supporting executive-level leaders and managing complex schedules. In this pivotal role youll provide vital support to our C-Suite Executiveshandling diary management expenses and mileage claims minute-taking and a range of administrative tasks. Youll also play an active role in charity coordination and ad-hoc admin contributing to the smooth and effective running of our business operations function.

About You

As a highly organised and detail-focused professional youll bring proven success in fast-paced PA roles. Youre confident in managing your own workload expertly juggling priorities while ensuring outstanding accuracy in every task. With strong diary management skills you know how to navigate multiple schedules and stay one step aheadproactively assessing what demands immediate attention and what can be rescheduled to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain busy calendars and book all external and internal group meetings.
  • Process necessary expenses as requested C-Suite Executives in line with financial process and deadlines.
  • Create and submit mileage claims for C-Suite Executives in line with financial process and deadlines.
  • Minute taking in larger management and Executive meetings so that a record of actions and discussions are recorded accurately.
  • Pick up on ad-hoc administration tasks for both C-Suite Executives and the Head of Business Operations.
  • Support the Head of Business Operations with charity administration and Trustee meetings related to UK Connects charity the Farr Foundation.

Experience

    • Minimum 5 years in a busy PA role.
