Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Entry- to Mid-Level CAD Drafter to join our team in central Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or expand their career in manufacturing and metal fabrication. We offer a flexible schedule growth potential and a standard four-day work week (Monday Thursday).
Key Responsibilities:

Create CAD models of sheet metal parts and metal stamping tools using SolidWorks

Produce accurate blueprints and technical drawings for parts and tools

Revise CAD models and drawings as needed to reflect engineering changes

Collaborate with teams across Engineering Production Toolroom and Sales to support project success

Maintain and organize engineering files and folders

Completion of SolidWorks coursework (12 months) or 2 years of SolidWorks work experience

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments

Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation

Experience with tool and die assembly in a metal stamping environment

Background in metal fabrication or manufacturing

A positive team-oriented attitude and a desire to grow within the company
