Job Description
Bringing new business and increasing share of existing business of 2W business Vertical
2. Keep an eye on the competitives moves of the customer and update HOD on the same.
3. Keep an update of market and products of 2W OEMs
4. RFQ follow up till ok from customers.
5. Support Sales Deptt in conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys
6. Information on Customer events to HOD
7. Assisting Head OEM BD in day to day activities aimed at accomplishing dept objectives.
8. Arranging customer visits in the plant and coordinating with dept departements
& implementing marketing strategies like branding promotions developing links with prospective buyers
10. Planning activities at marketing front to involve customer participation in companys products leading to generation of business
11. Costing coordination internally and externally
12. Supporting Customers in Product launch
13. Handling Customers escalations
