Job Description

We are seeking a strong candidate for the Client Concierge Coordinator role at our upcoming AP House location in Atlanta GA.

As Client Concierge Coordinator you will be required to assist the clients journey in the boutique. You will be expected to handle and process all reservation enquiries welcoming clients and gather information to build clients profile reporting directly to the Boutique Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships and smooth collaboration with the entire team.
  • Promptly and courteously answer phone calls in line with AP standards.
  • Accurately handle and process all reservation inquiries including walk-ins.
  • Relay special guest requirements to the relevant team members.
  • Accurately process all cancellations and amendments.
  • Ensure all reservation details are properly recorded in the CRM including guest profiles and preferences (seat sales associate F&B).
  • Send reservation confirmations (via email letter or call) within 24 hours.
  • Welcome guests warmly and courteously following AP standards.
  • Assist guests with their belongings ensuring their prompt return.
  • Forward personal information to the relevant team members as needed.
  • Support the manager and team during each shift to ensure smooth efficient service.
  • Contribute to the effective management of the boutique upholding high moral standards.
  • Be an active team player.
  • Escort clients to their sales associate assist with obstacles (e.g. steps) and offer/serve beverages.
  • Notify the manager on duty of any guest feedback requests or complaints for immediate action.
  • Assist guests upon leaving the boutique or returning to their seat.
  • Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area.

Qualifications :

  • 2 years experience in hospitality reservations or a similar role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of the watch industry.
  • Strong motivational skills.
  • Proficiency with computerized management systems (CRM) email fax and word processing.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to handle a complex multifaceted role under pressure.
  • Excellent customer care and teamwork skills.
  • Be a complete part of a team.
