Job Description
Are you an experienced dedicated and hardworking individual ready to lead a team Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor on a Full-Time basis at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites.
Rate: $26.70 per hour Superannuation Award Rates on Weekends Company Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the property guest rooms public and common areas.
- Build and maintain productive professional relationships with housekeeping staff clients and contractors.
- Support and supervise the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding cleaning services.
- Oversee daily on-the-job training for housekeeping employees.
- Keep accurate financial maintenance and inventory records.
Qualifications :
To be successful you will have:
- Experience in the management of a housekeeping team;
- Experience controlling and maintaining budgets all operating supplies replacements and consumables;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Strong eye for detail and ability to follow procedures and set the standard for cleanliness.
