Job Description:
A Sales Specialist is a key team member responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying client needs offering tailored solutions and nurturing long-term business relationships. At Style Netbox youll serve as a bridge between our creative services and potential clients helping brands unlock their full potential through effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach networking and lead generation
Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing services and solutions
Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Prepare sales reports proposals and client presentations
Stay up-to-date on industry trends competitors and market dynamics
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales business development or account management (1 year preferred)
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and present marketing solutions effectively
Self-motivated goal-oriented and adaptable
Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus
High school diploma required; a degree in Marketing Business or a related field is a plus
