- Business Development: Develop new clients and business opportunities.

- Commit to training: Participate in webinars coaching sessions and classes
- Accountability: Desire to be held accountable to achieve outstanding results
- Must have an active Georgia Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
- Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours
- Ability to moderate emotions when everyone else is losing theirs
- Ability to accept rejection and see it as the customers loss
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
