Sales Training SpecialistWhat does a successful SalesTraining Specialist do at Fiserv
You will provide insightful and effective learning experiences for Fiservs sales organizations. You will manage the components of the learning programs including facilitation logistics content curriculum and evaluation. You will work with your leaders and peers to ensure programs you manage are aligned to the Merchant Solutions business objectives.
What you will do:
- Facilitate new hire and continuing education programs for Fiserv sales organizations
- Manage homework and assessment completion
- Ensure continuous updates to all content within new hire and continuing education program
- Partner with Instructional Developer to assist in the design and development of digital content facilitation and assessments.
- Evaluate program feedback and align results via performance consulting with Sales/Service Leadership and other stakeholders.
What you will need to have:
- High school graduate/GED
- 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or in similar business-function role such as Sales or Support
What would be great to have:
- Experience working with the Clover solution
- Experience as SharePoint administrator
- Formal facilitation certifications by accredited vendors
- Software sales and/or product management experience
- Experience/knowledge in merchant service sales process tools systems & products
How you will work:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range:
$51400.00-$71600.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
