Role: Programme Lead T-Level Childcare - Further Education
Hourly Rate: 35 45 per hour
Location: Scarborough
We are working with a well-regarded and inclusive education provider in the Scarborough area that is committed to helping every learner thrive. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Lead in T-Level Childcare to join the team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) from September. This is a temporary position and would suit a passionate and experienced childcare education specialist who is ready to lead and develop T-Level provision.
The successful candidate will bring leadership experience up-to-date industry knowledge and a student-centred approach. They will play a key role in shaping the delivery of this important vocational programme supporting both staff and learners to meet high standards and achieve successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the development and delivery of the T-Level Childcare programme
Ensuring curriculum content is relevant engaging and aligned with industry expectations
Supporting and mentoring teaching colleagues
Monitoring student progress and implementing targeted strategies for improvement
Maintaining strong links with industry partners and placement providers
