White Bear Mitsubishi is the #1 Mitsubishi dealer in the Midwest and Volkswagen of Inver Grove which is part of the Saint Paul Auto Group. We are looking for great people who are focused on guest communication and satisfaction within the 2 dealerships. Looking for a full time (FT) position Customer Service agent with a growth mind set to join our Guest experience position is central to the success and growth as this department is the first experience to the dealership.
This position calls for energetic driven and professional growth minded people.
Job Duties:
Answer inbound phone calls and/or respond to customer requests
Operate a multi-line phone terminal
Follow prescribed scripts for voice and internet chat interaction with customers
Follow procedures for handling customer contact information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer information.
Demonstrate ability to quickly search and reference information from various sources such as: Mitsubishi website Google online search engines portals and other sources as needed to address customer questions and purchases
Receive frequent feedback and training opportunities on performance
Other tasks or duties as determined by your supervisor
