Description

About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in international education business development or student recruitment. This role focuses on developing managing and growing international student recruitment agent networks while also overseeing strategic marketing campaign execution and market research to drive institutional growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify appoint and manage international student recruitment agents while maintaining strong performance-driven relationships and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies conduct regular agent reviews and monitor KPIs to drive enrolment growth across key markets.
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end marketing and advertising campaigns including content development media placement and brand promotion aligned with recruitment goals.
  • Analyse consumer trends and market data forecast demand and conduct research to identify growth opportunities for new and existing programs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align agent strategies with broader institutional objectives and provide expert advice on marketing mix pricing and distribution.


Skills And Experiences

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in agent management student recruitment or business development within international education with proven success in agent network development.
  • Strong understanding of TEQSA CRICOS ESOS NMBA and compliance within the Australian international education system.
  • Skilled in negotiation stakeholder engagement and leading effective marketing or recruitment strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) Microsoft 365 and student platforms like Studylink.
  • Analytical self-driven and open to domestic and international travel as required.
