Job Description
By the Sea Resorts is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to support our portfolio of hotels and restaurants in beautiful Panama City Beach Florida.
Description of the Role:
As a Property Accountant at By the Sea Resorts in Panama City Beach FL you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and reporting for the companys properties. This role requires attention to detail financial acumen and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports for properties
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate with property managers and other team members
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of accounting experience preferably in property management
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
