Job Description
Anderson Ford Southis looking for a Service Technician Trainer to join our fast-paced shop. - Base guarantee salary plus bonus on shop hoursproduced and personal hours produced

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a positive role model and/or teammate
- Teach lead train new technicians
- Train on multipoint inspections and recommendations
- Problem solving diagnosis assistance and training of technician staff
- Become proficient in manufacture warranty process and certifications (Ford experience is a plus)
- Handle individual repairs when not training
- Conduct team building shop meetings along with the Service Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience in the automotive industry as a technician required
- Teaching experience is a plus
- Valid drivers license
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
