Franchise Sales and Support Consultant Location: Waterford Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) General Job Objectives: Identify attract and secure prospective franchisees. Support them throughout the franchising process and provide resources when needed. Essential Job Duties: - Promote the franchising opportunity and utilize lead generation to acquire interest from potential franchisees
- Conduct interviews and gather required information from prospective candidates to qualify franchisee leads
- Be able to convince eligible candidates about why they should open a franchise with us and the benefits of opening one
- Work closely with the CEO to select franchisees
- Ensure prospects understand the franchise contract terms and commitments before finalizing the sale
- Complete collect and file all documentation related to the franchising
- Establish franchise sales processes that adhere to legal and regulatory standards and keep up to date with franchising laws and industry regulations for compliance
- Monitor and guide franchisee through their training checklist to ensure the franchisee is properly trained
- Provide and coordinate training for franchisees
- Assist franchisees with any questions they may have or refer them to someone who can help
- Build and nurture positive long-term relationships with franchisees
- Analyze trends and provide insights to improve franchise sales strategies and processes
Desired Experience: - 3 years in consultative sales training and customer service role required
- Franchise industry knowledge preferred
- Lawncare industry knowledge preferred
