Program Manager Managed Equipment Services (Mississauga Area)

As the Managed Equipment Services Program Manager you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the Philips Healthcare MES customer both in the Operations team and service operations on-site team.

Your role:

  • Generate and present reports on findings both internally and to hospital stakeholders. This includes gathering and analyzing data interpreting the results and using statistical methods to identify trends and areas for improvement at driving business process changes through analytics; analyze map and developing reporting to support required business analytics.
  • Analyzing business needs identify problems propose and track solutions for alignment with desired outcomes and present findings.
  • Understanding the requirements of the contract agreement and translate business data into a form easily dissected understood and acted on by a service and solutions delivery team.
  • Applying analytical skills to business requests (which are often high-level or lacking in detail) and communicate these business wants/needs in a clear and unambiguous manner.

Youre the right fit if:

  • Youve acquired 4 years of experience in relevant industry program management and keen analytical mind and a strong vision for best practices within an operations team with a compliance and regulatory lens.
  • Your skills include strong customer focus with the ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • You have a Bachelors degree with a Masters preferred in areas such as Service Delivery Performance Management or equivalent.
  • Youre strong with Daily Management Root Cause Analysis continuous improvement

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

This is an office and on-sight role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $74900 to $117000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees areeligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program which includes a generous PTO DC Pension Flex Dollars(for HSA/PSA/RRSP) stock purchase plan education reimbursement and much more. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions aredependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position you must reside in or within commuting distance to Mississauga.
