Education: B.E./ in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Manager Renewable Energy Projects to lead the execution and maintenance of solar projects. The role requires strong on-site experience project management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution installation and commissioning of solar projects ensuring timely delivery budget control and quality compliance.
Coordinate with clients vendors contractors and internal teams for seamless project implementation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain detailed project documentation and provide timely updates for internal use and client communication.
Identify and troubleshoot on-site challenges ensuring smooth and uninterrupted project execution.
Enforce Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) protocols across all project sites.
Qualifications & Skills
B.E./ or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
34 years of relevant on-site experience in solar project execution and operations & maintenance.
Solid understanding of solar PV systems installation practices and O&M processes.
Strong organizational coordination and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus.
