Role Overview
In this role you will play a key role in supporting the PROGRAMMED Facility Management W.A. contracts through the application of in-depth technical knowledge in data and reporting solutions. Your primary objective is to utilise modern strategies to gather analyse and report on the operational performance of various elements in the business providing valuable insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to appropriate data governance policies and procedures to manage key business risks including Data Security Data architecture & Design Master Data Management Data Storage and Documentation
- Define extract verify and transform data from various source systems.
- Utilise and enhance existing business system analysis and reporting solutions to create smart data models.
- Set up automated processes for reporting outputs.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of all data outputs through rigorous testing and validation methods.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address end-user needs.
- Collaborate within the Business Intelligence Team to provide innovative solutions to complex data/reporting problems.
- Assist in defining new and improved data collection and analysis processes. Develop and deliver routine data analysis and solutions for ad-hoc queries and projects.

Qualifications and Experience
- Required: Relevant Tertiary qualification.
- Required: Formal training/qualifications in data analysis techniques and data modelling.
- Required: Previous work experience in a similar role.
- Required: Extensive experience with Power BI including advanced Power Query transformations (e.g. merging and appending queries pivot & unpivot grouping and aggregating data splitting columns and creating custom columns) as well as strong proficiency in DAX for building complex measures calculated columns and dynamic visualisations.
- Required: Advanced Excel knowledge including experience using Power Query for data transformation and Pivot Tables for dynamic data summarisation reporting and trend analysis.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Products such as Apps Automate AI BI Flow andSharePoint.
- Experience in planning data verification and managing large-array datasets.
- Technical coding and programming skills in R Visual Basic MATLAB andPython.
