Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Conference Event Sales persons with 3 to 5 years relevant experience to generate new business manage client relationships and drive revenue through the sales of conference awards & event space & is an onsite job & hence candidates willing to travel to Kurla only needs to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads for our conference awards & and events.
Develop strong relationships with existing retailers & manufacturers of gems & jewellery industry.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications in CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote events and ensure successful execution.
Attend industry networking events exhibitions and trade shows to drive brand awareness.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B conference awards & events sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Location: 4B/45 Paragon Plaza Adjacent to Phoenix Marketcity Mall Kurla West Mumbai 400070 & work 5 days a week Mon to Fri from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm
Monthly Salary: The monthly fixed salary will be between 30K to 35K plus variable incentives
