Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years experience in business development management or sales in a corporate or freelance environment.
- Passionate about learning growth and whats next in business innovation.
- Oriented to sales that align with service to others and support for growth and success of your team.
- Track record of being self-motivated and exceeding your own targets and expectations
Responsibilities
- Plan and strategize marketing processes and identify opportunities across a variety of digital platforms.
- Conduct qualifying phone or video conferencing interviews.
- Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making to qualified candidates.
- Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions.
- Support and develop your team.
