Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management and Coordination:
Coordinate and monitor the execution of educational content production projects (courses videos e-guides webinars).
Support in preparing project timelines assigning tasks tracking deadlines and ensuring delivery on time.
Liaise between the General Manager content creators designers and videography to maintain smooth workflow.
Organize recording sessions (e.g. video shoots voice overs) including scheduling logistics and material preparation.
Ensure post-production reviews (drafts edits final versions) are managed on time with feedback implementation.

2. Content Production Support:
Assist in planning content calendars for courses social media and marketing campaigns.
Collect raw materials (text images videos) from creators and organize them properly.
Conduct quality checks on produced content to ensure it meets the companys standards.
Support with course packaging tasks (uploading content reviewing layouts verifying link functionality).

3. Operations and Administrative Tasks:
Prepare review and organize contracts partnership agreements tenders and submission documents.
Manage suppliers and service providers related to content production (freelancers videography printing companies etc.).
Maintain an organized filing system for all operational documents related to projects and business operations.
Support in basic finance-related tasks (e.g. collecting invoices submitting payment requests budget tracking for projects).

4. Sales and Marketing Support:
Assist in preparing sales presentations service proposals client quotations and brochures.
Coordinate the lead nurturing process (organize client communications follow-ups CRM updates).
Support marketing campaign execution by coordinating assets between designers copywriters and media buyers.
Help prepare reports analyzing marketing and sales performance (basic Excel tracking).

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in business administration Project Management Media Production or a related field.
3 years of experience supporting C-level executives or project-based environments preferably in content production or educational fields.
Experience working in content creation media production companies or e-learning businesses are highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken Arabic and English).
Understanding of content production workflows (script writing filming editing).
Ability to coordinate creative teams (content creators videography designers).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) Google Workspace and project management tools (Zoho Asana Trello or similar).
