Job Description
Immediate requirement for OPERATION SALES MANAGER (ONLY MALE) at CHANDIGARH with 5-7 years of relevant experience in retail line (Apparel) including team handling
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting sales targets daily/weekly sales target Inventory Management and shrinkage control.
- Visit company stores Punjab Jammu Haryana.
- Handling all store operation procedures.
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the store in accordance with overall company policy.
- Coordination with Store Managers on store performance & reviews.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Working knowledge of Computers
Skills:
- Very High Leadership skills
- Decision making Strong Initiative & follow
- Exceptional Thinking
- Problem solving skills
- working effectively with others and very high maturity levels.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Local language
